With over 15 years in enterprise development and finance, Ms. Chigogo leads Jovotech's diversified portfolio. She serves as Chairperson of the BRICS Women’s Business Alliance (Zimbabwe) and Vice Chairperson of the Zimbabwe SME Advisory Council. She holds a BSc in Management and Entrepreneurial Development.

Chairperson’s Message

"At Jovotech Investments, our focus is execution—building structured, scalable value chains that deliver measurable economic impact.

Our flagship entry point is REGMAP (Rural Enterprise Growth & Market Access Programme), a farmer-focused model designed to organise production, provide inputs, training, finance linkages, and secure markets. REGMAP’s kick-off project is commercial rabbit production, selected for its fast production cycles, low entry barriers, strong nutrition profile, and growing local and export demand.

Through REGMAP, Jovotech is rolling out an integrated rabbit value chain covering breeding stock, infrastructure, feed, extension services, aggregation, processing, and guaranteed markets. This model allows smallholder and emerging farmers to participate meaningfully in a commercial ecosystem while maintaining consistency, quality, and scale.

Our target is to onboard 10,000 farmers into REGMAP by the last quarter of 2026, creating a solid production base from which additional value chains—agriculture, housing, healthcare, education, and industrial projects—will follow.

My broader leadership roles as Chairperson of the BRICS Women’s Business Alliance (Zimbabwe Regional Office) and Vice Chairperson of the Zimbabwe SME Advisory Council strengthen Jovotech’s ability to align enterprise development with regional trade, investment flows, and policy frameworks.
